Emails are sent to recipients with links to a customisable secure online portal. This means that the document can be viewed, saved, printed and/or have notes added to it – but only by the intended recipient with verified login details - even if the email is sent to the wrong person, or intercepted, they will not be able to gain access to the document!
Additionally, when you send a document via ParetoPost™ you’ll know if the recipient
has viewed, downloaded it or even added notes to the document. All of these actions
are time and date stamped which provides a 100% accurate audit trail.
